We hired Litmaid services for cleaning our house which we bought from old owner. They are claiming that they use German cleaning Chemicals but i don’t think they actually do. They nicely clean glass windows but they could not done good job in kitchen and wooden almirahs. The modular kitchen shelves was not cleaned properly and it was still sticky. There so called German chemical was not at all effective and if they have used normal spirit, could do better. Bathroom taps were done nicely but floor and toilet seats were not done well. They have used normal acid, which normally damages the natural shine. I did not find them professional and there was lot of follow up and inspection required to get the work done by their team. Not worth to spend that much money.

I hired LitMaid Pune to do deep cleaning of my penthouse on 25 Jun 18 at Wakad Pune. Though some of their guys are hard working and sincere, overall as a team, I found lack of co-ordination, work division and professionalism in the execution. Even after one week of the cleaning, we have been cleaning stuff, which was supposed to be done by LitMaid Team like bathroom, track, floor, mess, cupboards etc. Overall not very happy with services. Additional input after response from Owner: Thanks for putting the efforts. additional amount was paid for the penthouse. ( though person who booked on my behalf had clearly communicated about configuration of apartment on day 1) Please mark my review comments. Your team needs better work division n co-ordination to reduce overall time. We also slogged throughout the time, which was supposed to be restful time for us. 2ndly, It is your responsibility to do a final quality check as per original commitment n checklist and then hand over to us. After all slogging, we were not in mental state to give any feedback in the morning. Ideally you should had followed up for a feedback after 48 hours, that is the standard protocol, if you wish to excel in this kind of service sector.

Litmaid did a great job with cleaning the sofa's in our office. The stains were removed and the sofa's look like new now. The prices were also very reasonable. Litmaid is one of the best cleaning service providers in Pune

Hey guys, this is super cool idea you people gave us, and I have tried once when my parents were about to enter in city, it's such a nice service and quick response. I would go with five stars.... wonderful experience at this level, still there is Chance little things to improve. Thanks for serving us in our busy schedules.

I called them for deep flat cleaning and had good experience. They did it well, Sofa cleaning also done neatly and handled by care. Just Need some supervision.. Good job.
